Featured Presenter: Past National President Mike Osborn
Mike Osborn is a life member of the Zeta Epsilon chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Michigan State University. Since being initiated in 1988, he has accumulated a total of 20 years of National Leadership service to the fraternity, going back to 1995 when he was appointed as North Central District Governor. In that time, Mike has served in all elected national offices of Kappa Kappa Psi, and as chapter and district president while active (the first brother in modern history to have done so). He has provided great insight through his work as a high school and middle school band director and music educator, and continues to support college students as the sponsor of the Zeta Epsilon chapter. Mike holds both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music Education from Michigan State University and, while an active brother, served as Spartan Marching Band President, chapter president and vice president, and North Central District President and Vice President. Mike is an honorary member of the North Central District, the Midwest District, the Southwest District, the Northeast District, the Nu Chapter, and the National Chapters of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. He was awarded the A. Frank Martin Award from the National Council in 2008 and was recently honored with a resolution celebrating his retirement from the Board of Trustees at the 2015 National Convention in Lexington, Kentucky.

Learn the huge role you can have in your chapter without a leadership position, and how you can empower these members if you are a chapter leader.
Title: "The Leadership Tool Kit: Braving Transition and Change"
Description: This workshop will prepare you for the adventures of being a leader in the bond. Learn about what tools you'll need on your adventures and how you can help your fellow sisters along the way.
Title: "Goal Setting"
Description: For those that feel overwhelmed by their never-ending to-do list, or those with the big picture in mind, come spend time setting precise goals! We will be discussing how we set and achieve our goals both in and outside of TBS.
Title: "Knowing Your Leadership Style"
Description: Harry, Ron, and Hermione are some of our favorite Gryffindor characters, but they each have completely different personalities and leadership styles. We as sisters all have different personalities and leadership styles as well. Join us for an interactive Sorting Hat Ceremony as we determine everyone's individual personality and leadership styles. We will explore the varieties of leadership and help determine what style works best for you and how to be a better leader.
